Hoogblond licht gerookt bier gebrouwen met de Chinese thee Lapsang Souchong. Deze thee komt oorspronkelijk uit de provincie Fujian. Na oxidatie wordt deze thee in bamboemanden gedroogd boven brandend naald- of cypressenhout. Hierbij wordt een sterke rooksmaak ontwikkeld.
